为了使大修后的柴油机恢复原有的功率和经济技术指标 ,本文采用了加长曲柄的方法进行了试验 ,在结构许可的范围内 ,将 4 12 5 A型柴油机的曲柄延长 0 .75 m m。使柴油机的最大功率提高了 2 .32 k W,耗油率降低5 g/ (k W.h) ,排气温度降低 2 7℃ ,烟度降低 0 .2 BSU ,各缸平均压力增加 0 .31MPa,各指标均朝有利方向转变 ,加长了曲柄后柴油机在实验过程中运行正常
