为了解决PW4077D发动机出现多起起飞前EGT(发动机出口温度)高的问题,我们利用QAR数据建立PW4077D发动机起飞工作模式。采用QAR (QUICK ACCESS RECO RDER)数据(多航段)做出发动机全程工作曲线,观察参数变化规律。发现:(1)EGT最大值出现在地面状态-慢车至起飞功率之间。(2)发动机起飞最大功率状态下EGT不高。这一工作模式是PW4077D所特有的。通过截取B2069(2005年7月25日)QAR数据从地慢到起飞前:以采样点为横坐标,以海拔高度、左右发动机出口温度、空速、左右发动机高压转子转速、油门杆角度、左右发动机燃油供给率为纵坐标作图可以看出:EGT值最大值是
To solve the problem of high EGT (engine outlet temperature) before the PW4077D engine took off, we used the QAR data to establish the PW4077D engine take-off operating mode.
