设计意图:随着生活水平的提高,幼儿的食物不但要注重营养,还要注重口味。很多孩子出现挑食的毛病,这不爱吃,那不喜欢,特别是一些粗粮,孩子看见了就皱眉。为了让孩子们喜欢吃粗粮、爱上粗粮,我设计了本次活动,目的是想通过游戏活动让孩子了解、感知粗粮的营养价值,让孩子爱上吃粗粮,改掉挑食的毛病。由于粗粮品种繁多,幼儿也缺乏这方面的感知经验,因此本次活动我以游戏的方式让幼儿参与到活动中来,在游戏
