立式半调节轴流泵(ZLB型)扬程低、流量大、结构简单、效率高,用来进行大面积排水是较理想的。但叶片的调节只能在停机时进行,否则调节不方便,特别是排水期间,叶片被淹没在水下,无法进行调节。我县装有用于排水的28ZLB—70型水泵116台,由于河道的多年淤塞引起了近几年河水水位的上涨,排水泵的扬程相应增大。因过负荷被迫停机的现象时有出现。一些排水泵站为减少这一现象的出现,在检修水泵、调整叶片角度时,减小叶片安装角,致使机组经常在低负荷下运行,机组的效益不能充分发挥。有些排水机手不知道根据什么调整叶片安装角。叶片角度是不能乱调的,它是我们效率
