随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,我国各企业也逐渐顺应潮流加快了发展的速度,企业的规模也在逐渐扩大,经营内容涉及不同的行业。长期以来,我国受市场经济环境的影响,企业为了尽快适应市场环境的变化进行了多次改革,并取得了不俗的成绩。回顾我国企业成本管控的历程不难发现,很多企业的领导并未从思想上认识到加强成本管控的重要性。本文将站在循环经济的视角下,对我国企业成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,并找出切合企业发展实际的应对策略,为促进企业的健康、有序发展奠定基础。
With the constant improvement of the socialist market economy in our country, all enterprises in our country have also gradually accelerated their pace of development in response to the tide of development. The scale of the enterprises is also gradually expanding. The business scope covers different industries. For a long time, our country has been affected by the market economy environment. Enterprises have made many reforms in order to adapt to changes in the market environment as soon as possible, and achieved good results. Recalling the history of China’s cost control business is not difficult to find that many business leaders did not ideologically recognize the importance of strengthening cost control. From the perspective of circular economy, this article will analyze the existing problems in the cost management of enterprises in our country and find out the coping strategies in line with the actual development of the enterprises so as to lay the foundation for the healthy and orderly development of the enterprises.
