本文从四川盆地丘陵区的实际出发，利用系统工程原理建立水保措施配置的优化数学模型．实出坡面水保工程措施建模方法，探索国内这一空白，并首次尝试利用小流域优化模型，提出不同类型区域的优化指标以解决大面积的水土保持规划治理问题，经成果验证合理，这将大大节省以往大面积规划的人力、财力．在生产上具有推广和实用价值，对促进川中丘陵区的农业生产具有重要的现实意义．
Based on the actual situation in the hilly area of Sichuan Basin, this paper establishes the optimal mathematical model of the configuration of soil and water conservation measures by using the principles of systems engineering. In order to solve the problem of large-scale soil and water conservation planning and management, this paper attempts to make use of the optimization model of small watershed and put forward the optimization indexes of different types of regions. After the results are verified to be reasonable, This will greatly save the manpower and financial resources in large-scale planning in the past. It is of great practical significance to promote the agricultural production in the hilly area of central Sichuan in the promotion and practical value of production.
