本文介绍了应用分支管测流法测量泵站管道流量的原理和试验装置,从理论上导出了主管道和分支管内流量间的关系式,论证了影响流量分配关系的各种因素。作者通过对试验资料的分析,不仅验证了理论的正确性,而且找到了应用这一测流法时需要解决的几个主要问题。为我国泵站流量的测量提供了一种新的方法。它也可供水电、石油、化工等有关部门测量流量时参考选用。
This paper introduces the principle and test device for measuring the pipe flow of pump station by using the branch flow measuring method, and deduces the relationship between the flow in the main pipe and the branch pipe theoretically, and demonstrates the various factors that affect the flow distribution. Through the analysis of experimental data, the author not only verifies the correctness of the theory, but also finds several main problems to be solved when applying this method. It provides a new method for measuring the flow of pump station in our country. It is also available for hydropower, petroleum, chemical and other relevant departments when measuring flow reference selection.
