Is property rights acquired through questionable and legitimate means always contaminated by the sin of original sin or is the subject of property rights legalized its improper gains through charitable activities? For the vast number of developing countries (especially Russia), this is a Urgent problems. Privatization is often opaque in these places, and in the process of privatization, although merchants can get their property, they are always reluctant to use the property to create wealth because of political risks. A questionnaire survey of 660 businessmen conducted in February 2005 revealed that it is hard to write off the original sin associated with the illegal privatization in Russia. However, business people can increase public acceptance of the legitimacy of property through charitable activities.
