目的:研究雪茶的化学成分.方法:采用Silica gel、Sephadex LH 20 、RP-18及MCI gal柱层析对雪茶的乙酸乙酯萃取部位和正丁醇萃取部位进行化合物分离,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMBC、NOESY、MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构.结果:从雪茶的乙酸乙酯萃取部位和正丁醇萃取部位共分离11个化合物,分别鉴定为:3-(ethoxycar-bonyl)-2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid(1)、3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid(2) 、3-hydroxy-2-methoxy-4-(methoxycarbonyl)-5-methylbenzoic acid(3)、2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoate(4)、4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid(5)、4-methoxy-5-methylbenzene-1,2-diol(6)、1-(2,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphe-nyl) ethanone (7) 、2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid(8)、baeomycesic acid (9)、squamatic acid(10)、vermicularin(11).结论:其中,化合物2~7为首次从雪茶中分离得到.“,”Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Thamnolia subuliformis.Methods:All the compounds were isolated and purified from the EtOAc and n-BuOH extracts of Thamnolia subuliformis by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-18 and MCI gel column chromatographic methods.The structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic data(1H-NMR,13 C-NMR,HMBC,NOESY,MS)and comparison of their spectroscopic data with reported data.The cytotoxicity was evaluated by the MTT assay.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid (1),3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (2),3-hydroxy-2-methoxy-4-(methoxycarbonyl)-5-methylbenzoic acid (3),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoate (4),4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (5),4-methoxy-5-methylbenzene-1,2-diol (6),1-(2,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl) ethanone (7),2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid (8),baeomycesic acid (9),squamatic acid (10)and vermicularin(11).Conclusion:Compounds 2 ~7 are isolated from Thamnolia subuliformis for the first time.
