“If only one company in the mind of a company, the remaining 99 people just according to his instructions to act; the other company is 99 individuals are moving brains, which is better?” Not long ago, Shanghai Fuxing A conversation between Guo Guangchang, chairman and general manager of Hi-Tech (Group) Co., Ltd. and Welch, the former CEO of General Motors, illustrates the secret. The significance of this dialogue lies in: First, narrowing the psychological distance between the world's top managers and Chinese entrepreneurs; secondly, allowing Chinese enterprises to feel more truly the management level of multinationals, the level of their development and the gap between Chinese enterprises Third, to urge Chinese entrepreneurs to rethink the relevance and importance of management knowledge and practical management. Modern society is a learning society. Entrepreneurship should, of course, be the model of learning and the wise man who is good at learning and good at thinking.
