目的探讨风险评估指数法在1,2-二氯乙烷裂解制取氯乙烯工段职业病危害预评价中的应用。方法采用风险评估指数法。结果综合分析该项目存在的职业病危害风险,得出风险评估指数为18和19,属于低级别风险。结论风险评估指数法在建设项目职业病危害预评中的应用可以弥补类比法、检查表分析法和经验法的不足,但是该方法还需在今后的实践工作中,进行不断的尝试和改进。
Objective To explore the application of risk assessment index method in the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in the production of vinyl chloride by 1,2-dichloroethane cracking. Methods using risk assessment index method. Results The risk of occupational hazards in this project was analyzed comprehensively, and the risk assessment indices of 18 and 19 were obtained, which were low-level risks. Conclusion The application of the risk assessment index method in pre-assessment of occupational hazards in construction projects can make up for the deficiencies of analogy, checklist analysis and empirical methods, but the method still needs to be constantly tried and improved in the future practice.
