肺癌肉瘤是肺部极为罕见的疾病,我们于1990年3月发现一例,经手术和病理证实,现报告如下。患者,男,58岁。因发热半月,胸透发现右上肺巨大肿块而入院。体检及各种化验检查无异常发现。X线后前位胸片示:右肺上部周边可见一60×62mm之椭圆形巨大块影,密度不均,其内可见多个透明区,无钙化,部分边缘模糊,病灶断层片示:块影略呈分叶状,细小毛刺,肺门部斜位断层片示:右肺门可见一
Lung cancer sarcoma is an extremely rare disease in the lung. We discovered one case in March 1990 and confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. Patient, male, 58 years old. Due to fever for half a month, chest thorax found a huge mass in the right upper lung and was admitted to the hospital. Physical examination and a variety of laboratory tests found no abnormalities. X-ray posterior chest X-ray shows: a 60×62mm elliptical block shadow is visible around the upper right lung, with uneven density. There are multiple transparent areas in the right lung, no calcification, some edges are blurred, and the focal slice shows: The lobe is slightly lobulated, with small burrs, and the hilar oblique slice shows: the right hilar can be seen
