当前水电厂主设备故障机理极其复杂,分析诊断实时性与准确性较差,其辅助决策结论难以指导水电厂实际维护检修工作等方面的问题。在吸收当前国内外设备分析诊断先进理论及最新研究成果的基础上,提出了集工况分析、趋势分析、故障诊断、风险评估、健康预测等方法的水电厂多尺度综合一体化分析诊断策略框架,并介绍了分析诊断策略的实现方法,为水电厂计划检修向状态检修的过渡提供技术保证,有效支持状态检修工作的进一步实施。
At present, the failure mechanism of the main equipment of hydropower plants is extremely complicated, the real-time analysis and diagnosis are of poor accuracy and accuracy, and the conclusions of the auxiliary decision-making are difficult to guide the actual maintenance and repair work of hydropower plants.
