目的探讨个性化康复辅导干预模式联合常规治疗对重症肺炎患儿心理状态和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月期间在我院就诊的80例重症肺炎患儿作为研究对象,并分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患儿给予常规的对症治疗措施,观察组患儿则采用个性化康复辅导干预模式联合常规对症治疗进行干预。在治疗前后采用儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)对两组患儿的心理状态进行客观评定及比较,同时对两组患儿的治疗依从性以及家属对医疗工作的满意度进行比较。结果与干预前相比较,干预后两组患儿的SCARED和DSRSC评分明显较低(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的SCARED和DSRSC评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患儿的治疗依从性与干预前相比均有显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的治疗依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对医疗工作的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化康复辅导干预模式联合常规治疗可有效改善患儿的不良心理状态,提高患儿的治疗依从性,值得临床中推广实施。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized rehabilitation counseling intervention model combined with routine treatment on psychological status and treatment compliance in children with severe pneumonia. Methods Eighty patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group of children given conventional symptomatic treatment measures, the observation group of children with personalized rehabilitation counseling intervention mode combined with conventional symptomatic treatment intervention. Before and after treatment, SCARED and DSRSC were used to evaluate and compare the psychological status of children in both groups. At the same time, the treatment compliance of the two groups was also compared Family members compared the satisfaction of medical work. Results Compared with those before intervention, SCARED and DSRSC scores were significantly lower in both groups (P <0.05), and SCARED and DSRSC scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention (P <0.05), and the treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The relatives of the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group The satisfaction of medical work was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation counseling intervention combined with routine treatment can effectively improve children’s adverse psychological state and improve the treatment compliance in children, which is worth promoting in clinic.
