提升文化软实力归根结底要靠壮大文化产业。当前是把文化产业培育成战略性新兴产业的重要机遇期,文化产业是近年来国家出台相关政策层次最高、改革举措最密集、扶植力度最大的产业。在发展模式上,着力培育文化产业聚集发展新平台;在业态取向上,着力培育文化产业的新兴业态;在增量空间上,着力培育文化消费的新市场。
The promotion of cultural soft power depends on the growth of cultural industries. At present, it is an important period of opportunity for cultivating cultural industry into a strategic emerging industry. In recent years, the cultural industry has introduced the industries with the highest level of relevant policies, the most intensive reform measures, and the strongest support for development. In the mode of development, efforts should be made to foster a new platform for the gathering and development of cultural industries. In the orientation of ophthalmic industries, efforts should be made to foster the new industries of cultural industries. In the incremental space, efforts should be made to cultivate new markets for cultural consumption.
