作者对1987年5月～1989年1月在本院产科出生的774名外观上正常的新生儿在生后第六天实施了超声波检查,其目的是为了明确:(1)肾、泌尿系统异常的发病率,在新生儿,乳儿看到的肾中心部回声的解离像的正常值及多少毫米以上为肾盂扩大。通过检查得出以下结果:(1)8名(1％)看到明显的肾脏异常,其中单侧肾缺如1例,可疑单侧肾发育不良4例,单侧多囊肾2
