采用7个自交系进行完全双列杂交,通过自交与回交获得F2及回交世代。授粉后21d于田间对亲本、F1、F2及回交各世代用刀划法接种黄曲霉菌(AspergilusflavusLink),收获时进行发病情况调查分析。结果表明:不同亲本对黄曲霉菌的田间抗性有显著差异;玉米对黄曲霉菌的田间抗性受多基因控制,既有基因的加性效应,又有显性效应。还对抗性的配合力进行了分析。
Seven inbred lines were used for complete diallel cross and F2 and backcross generations were obtained by selfing and backcrossing. After pollination, Aspergillus flavus (Aspergillus flavus) was inoculated on the parents, F1, F2 and backcross generations by knife-cutting in the field at 21 d after pollination, and the incidence of the disease was investigated at harvest. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the field resistance of Aspergillus flavus between different parents. The field resistance of Aspergillus flavus to maize was controlled by multiple genes, which had both additive and dominant effects. The confrontational combining ability was also analyzed.
