本文介绍二种压控振荡器(VCO)的选频网络结构形式,基本解决了无论是单路信号控制还是双路信号控制时的VCO的频率控制灵敏度(K_v)的线性和频率复盖之间的矛盾。文中叙述了这二种VCO的选频网络的K_v线性补偿原理及其设计方法,并给出了既具有较宽的频率复盖又具有较好K_v线性的实用电路。实践表明,采用本文介绍的二种选频网络的VCO,波段复盖大于1.39,K_v的非线性仍能小于20%而未经补偿的,波段复盖只有1.13,K_v非线性就达40%。
This article describes the structure of the two frequency-controlled oscillators (VCO) of the frequency-selective network basically solves the linear and frequency coverage of the frequency control sensitivity (K_v) of the VCO regardless of single-channel signal control or dual-channel signal control Contradictions. The article describes the K_v linear compensation principle and design method of the two kinds of VCO frequency selection network, and gives a practical circuit with both wider frequency coverage and better K_v linearity. Practice shows that the VCO used in the two frequency-selective networks introduced in this paper covers more than 1.39 and the nonlinearity of K_v can still be less than 20% without compensation. The band coverage is only 1.13 and K_v nonlinearity reaches 40%.
