异搏定对房室结双向传导作用的实验观察表明:(1)房室结前向传导功能优于逆向传导功能;(2)异搏定抑制房室结逆向传导比抑制前向传导的作用大;(3)因此,异搏定有助于阻断房室结参与的折返循环和治疗起搏环行性心动过速或起搏综合征。
Verapamil on the atrioventricular nodal two-way conduction experimental observations show that: (1) atrioventricular node forward conduction function better than reverse conduction function; (2) Verapamil inhibition of atrioventricular node reverse conduction than inhibit the role of forward conduction (3) Therefore, Verapamil helps to block the reentry circulation involved in atrioventricular node involvement and treats pacing tachyarrhythmias or pacing syndromes.
