目的:探讨巨大纵隔肿瘤的中西医结合外科治疗经验。方法:承德医学院附属胸外科采用中西医结合的治疗方法,治疗1996年8月～2010年12月收治的32例巨大纵隔肿瘤患者[肿瘤体积为(13cm×10cm×10cm)～(28cm×25cm×25cm),质量820～4 500g]。结果:手术成功,术后患者安全度过围手术期,本组无住院死亡病例。结论:巨大肿瘤外科手术术前准备、术中麻醉、手术切口选择非常重要。术后处理中采用中西医结合治疗对患者安全度过围手术期起到了很大的作用。
Objective: To explore the treatment of giant mediastinal tumor with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: The thoracic department of Chengde Medical College adopted the method of integrated traditional and western medicine to treat 32 patients with huge mediastinal tumors (tumor size of (13cm × 10cm × 10cm) ~ (28cm × 25cm) × 25cm), the quality of 820 ~ 4 500g]. Results: The operation was successful and the safety of patients after perioperative period, this group no hospital deaths. Conclusion: The preparation of huge tumor surgery before surgery, intraoperative anesthesia, surgical incision selection is very important. Postoperative treatment of Integrative Medicine in patients with safe operation of the perioperative played a significant role.
