以醋酸铅和氯化镉作为铅源和镉源,自制的Na2SeSO3溶液为硒源,可溶性淀粉为表面活性剂,常温常压下,在水溶液中合成了PbSe和CdSe纳米颗粒。讨论了淀粉溶液浓度、pH值和反应时间等制备工艺参数对硒化物纳米颗粒的生成和颗粒尺寸的影响。用X射线粉末衍射、紫外-可见吸收光谱、Raman光谱与透射电子显微镜等测试手段对所得产物进行分析,结果表明:制备的PbSe颗粒尺寸约为10 nm,分散性好,制备的CdSe颗粒尺寸约为5 nm。
Lead and cadmium chloride were used as lead source and cadmium source. The homemade Na2SeSO3 solution was selenium source and soluble starch was used as surfactant. PbSe and CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution under normal temperature and pressure. The effects of preparation parameters such as concentration of starch solution, pH value and reaction time on the formation of selenide nanoparticles and particle size were discussed. The obtained product was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction, UV-Vis absorption spectra, Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that the particle size of PbSe was about 10 nm and the dispersion was good. The size of CdSe particles prepared was about 5 nm.
