罗钙全对尿毒症患者血清IL-2、sIL-2R水平的影响

观察１６ 例血液透析患者（ＨＤ）服用罗钙全前后血清ＩＬ２、ｓＩＬ２Ｒ 以及血免疫反应甲状旁腺激素（ｉＰＴＨ） 、Ｃａ 水平变化。结果显示： 用药前ＨＤ组ＩＬ２ 低于正常对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） ， 而ｓＩＬ２Ｒ 高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） ； 服罗钙全４ 周后，ＩＬ２从（５－８２±４－３４ ）μｇ／Ｌ升至（６－６１±３－４７ ）μｇ／Ｌ（Ｐ＜ ０－０５） ； ｓＩＬ２Ｒ从（５１６－１３ ±３７－３１ ）Ｕ／ｍｌ 降至（３７５－６７ ±３３－０５ ）Ｕ／ｍｌ（ Ｐ＜０－０１） ； 而ｉＰＴＨ 显著降低， 血Ｃａ 显著升高。

To observe the changes of Serum IL2, sIL2R and iPTH, Ca levels in 16 hemodialysis patients (HD) before and after taking Luo calcium. The results showed that: Before treatment, IL 2 group was lower than the normal control group (P <0-05), while sIL 2R was higher than the control group (P <0-01); Serum calcium 4 weeks after the IL 2 From (5-82 ± 4-34) μg / L to (6-61 ± 3-47) μg / L (P <0-05); sIL2R increased from (516-13 ± 37-31) U / ml to (375-67 ± 33-05) U / ml (P <0-01), while iPTH decreased significantly and blood Ca increased significantly.
