在我国社会主义市场经济体制下,企业在市场经济中发挥着关键性作用,是市场经济的主体。而人力资源管理对企业的生存和发展具有重要意义。随着经济社会的发展和变化,市场经济出现了许多新特征。这就要求企业人力资源管理积极创新管理方法以适应经济社会的发展。文章从我国企业人力资源管理中存在问题入手,着重分析了企业人力资源管理创新的策略,创新管理方法,完善我国企业的人力资源管理工作。
Under the socialist market economy system in our country, enterprises play a key role in the market economy and are the main body of the market economy. Human resource management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. With the development and changes of economy and society, many new features have emerged in the market economy. This requires that enterprise human resources management actively innovate management methods to adapt to the economic and social development. The article starts from the existing problems in the human resources management in our country, and emphatically analyzes the innovation strategy of the human resources management in enterprises, innovates the management methods and improves the human resources management in our country.
