安装工程涉及范围很广,包括公用、民用、企事业单位的安装工程。预结算造价是安装工程实施前的一项重要工作,关系着安装工程建设资金投入的多少和安装质量的高低。在这里,本文以安装工程为主要研究对象,结合安装工程特点,对影响安装工程预结算造价的因素和控制措施进行了分析,做好工程造价控制工作,扩大收益空间。
Installation involves a wide range of projects, including public, civilian, enterprises and institutions of the installation. Pre-settlement cost is an important work before the implementation of the installation project, the installation of construction funds related to the amount of investment and the level of installation quality. Here, the article takes the installation engineering as the main research object. Combining with the characteristics of the installation engineering, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the pre-settlement cost of the installation engineering and the control measures, controls the construction cost well and enlarges the income space.
