目的 监测调水抗旱对血吸虫病疫情的影响。方法 在调灌区设监测点进行水体感染性测定 ,采用尼龙绢网捞法和小白鼠感染法 ;对接触疫水人群进行登记 ,预防服药 ,并做 IHA检查。采取环境抽样调查螺情和检查漂浮物。结果 抗旱地区在调水后未发现钉螺和急感病人。结论 孝感市“调水抗旱”工程未引起血吸虫病流行 ,但对钉螺的影响仍应进行观察
Objective To monitor the impact of water and drought on the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis. Methods Water infestation was measured at the monitoring points in the irrigation area. Nylon mesh fishing method and mouse infection method were used. The population exposed to the contaminated water was registered to prevent medication and IHA examination. Take an environmental sample to investigate the snail and check the float. Results In the drought-resistant areas, no snail and acute illness were found after water diversion. Conclusion Xiaogan City “water and drought” project did not cause schistosomiasis epidemic, but the impact of snails should still be observed
