财务管理是企业管理的重要环节,铁路施工企业也不例外。当今,铁路施工行业的发展与竞争对铁路施工企业的财务管理也提出了更高的要求。本文简述了我国铁路施工企业财务管理概况,分析了铁路施工企业财务管理所存在的问题,最后针对性地提出了完善我国铁路施工企业财务管理的对策。
Financial management is an important part of business management, railway construction enterprises are no exception. Nowadays, the development and competition of railway construction industry put forward higher requirements on the financial management of railway construction enterprises. This article gives an overview of the financial management of railway construction enterprises in our country, analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of railway construction enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the financial management of railway construction enterprises in the end.
