利用爆炸概率法对不同配方PBX浇注炸药的撞击感度进行了研究,通过SEM对样品撞击前后的形貌进行了微观分析。结果表明:PBX浇注炸药配方中的Al粉含量、粘合剂的选择以及原材料包覆处理等是影响PBX浇注炸药撞击感度的主要因素。从理论上分析了PBX浇注炸药的起爆机理及主要影响因素,认为通过优化PBX的配方设计和制备工艺,可以有效降低PBX炸药的机械撞击感度。
The impact sensitivities of PBX-infused explosives with different formulations were studied by using the explosion probability method. The morphology of the samples was analyzed by SEM before and after impact. The results show that the main factors influencing the impact sensitivity of PBX casting explosives are the content of Al powder, the choice of binder and the coating of raw materials in the formulation of PBX cast explosives. The initiation mechanism and main influencing factors of PBX cast explosives are theoretically analyzed. It is considered that the mechanical impact sensitivity of PBX explosives can be effectively reduced by optimizing the formulation design and preparation of PBX.
