引言“碱法不脱泥锂辉石浮选流程”已经十多年的工业生产,证明其工艺简单,选别指标良好,给矿含 Li_2 O1.2~1.3%,精矿品位 Li_2 O6.0~6.1%,回收率88~90%,为分离锂辉石与绿柱石,我们研究过热裂(1050℃)—筛选、焙烧(600℃)—浮选、热煮(85℃)—浮选和常温浮选等多种方法,均获较好指标,有的已用于选厂取得了明显效果。尤其是采用三氯化铁和水玻璃“混合剂”与硫化钠、碳酸钠,氧化石腊皂,在通常条件下使绿柱石保持足够的可浮性,而锂辉石留在槽内,以达分离目的。从而制定了“绿柱石—锂辉石混合浮选一分离流程”,为综合回收经铍提供了一种新的途径。
