在合成氨生产中,借助冰冻机循环制冷,即可满足工艺过程中自身冷冻用氨,又可使产品氨和碳化制备碳化氨水用氨得到平衡。正常的冰冻机加氨操作,应维持加氨总管压力0.8~1.OMPa,由用氨岗位以减压阀调节。但当夏季高温或用氨紧张时,往往出现冰机操作工采用卡1#冰机1#贮槽出口或液氨2#贮槽出口加氨阀门来控制,使加氨管的压力仅维持0.3~0.5MPa左右,有时甚至仅0.2MPa,这种操作方法是否能提高合成氨的制冷量呢?
