本文介绍了大连化学物理研究所燃料电池工程中心所研制的PtRu/C和PtRu-Hx-WOy/C两种抗CO催化剂的制备和表征结果,PtRu-HxWOy/C采用复合载体法制备。当以含CO的燃料操作时,所研制的抗CO催化剂制备电池的性能明显高于Pt/C制备的电池。开发了一种复合结构的抗CO电极,这种电极具有良好的抗CO能力。用这种结构的电极组装的5-kW电池组以甲醇重整气为燃料时表现出良好的性能。
In this paper, the preparation and characterization of PtRu / C and PtRu-Hx-WOy / C anti-CO catalysts developed by the Fuel Cell Engineering Center of Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics were introduced. PtRu-HxWOy / C was prepared by composite support method. When operated with CO-containing fuels, the performance of the developed anti-CO catalyst for making batteries was significantly higher than for Pt / C-made batteries. Developed a composite structure of anti-CO electrode, this electrode has a good resistance to CO. The 5-kW battery assembled with this structured electrode showed good performance when using methanol reformed gas as a fuel.
