儿童原发性胸骨骨髓炎为一罕见感染性疾病,先前未曾有报道其是由社区相关性耐二甲氧苯青霉素金黄色葡萄球菌引起。这里描述了1例诊断为原发性胸骨骨髓炎的9岁男孩,其有胸骨中段红肿痛。病因为社区相关性耐二甲氧苯青霉素金黄色葡萄球菌,其带有Ⅳ型葡萄球菌mec染色体暗盒。结论:在社区相关性葡萄球菌感染患者应考虑到可能存在二甲氧苯青霉素耐药性。
Primary sternal osteomyelitis in children is a rare infectious disease that has not been previously reported to be caused by community-related methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Here is a case of a 9 year old boy diagnosed with primary sternal osteomyelitis with redness and soreness in the middle of the sternum. The cause of the disease is community-related methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, which carries a mec cassette of type IV staphylococcal mec. Conclusion: There may be a possible methicillin resistance in patients with community-associated staphylococcal infections.
