目的分析冬季生物监测失败的原因,采取防范措施,保证生物监测合格。方法冬季在常规方法基础上将培养器加以改进,采用棉垫保温。结果常规方法生物监测失败率为20.37%;通过改进方法生物监测全部合格。结论冬季生物监测失败的原因是因为环境温度过低导致培养温度不够所造成,通过棉垫保温即可防范。
Objective To analyze the reasons for the failure of winter biomonitoring and take precautionary measures to ensure the biomonitoring is qualified. Methods In winter, the incubator was improved on the basis of the conventional method, and the cotton pad was used for heat preservation. Results The failure rate of biological monitoring by conventional method was 20.37%. All the biological samples were qualified by the improved method. Conclusion The reason for the failure of winter biomonitoring is that the temperature is too low and the incubation temperature is not enough, so it can be prevented by cotton pad insulation.
