教学管理队伍由参与学校教学工作的教师组成,是高职院校教学管理的主要组成部分。因此,教学管理队伍的素质高低及工作水平直接决定了高职院校的教学质量。笔者就结合目前高职院校教学管理队伍的现状,对其存在的问题进行了分析,同时提出了提高高职院校教学管理质量的方法。
Teaching management team consists of teachers involved in the teaching of the school, is the main component of teaching management in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the quality of teaching management team and the level of work directly determines the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on the current situation of the teaching management team in higher vocational colleges, the author analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the methods to improve the teaching management quality in higher vocational colleges at the same time.
