目的:观察亲水性银离子敷料(爱康肤银)联合重组人表皮生长因子生理盐水溶液治疗浅二度面颈部烧伤。方法:结果创面均自行愈合,但亲水性银离子敷料(爱康肤银)联合重组人表皮生长因子生理盐水溶液湿润暴露疗法与美宝(MERO)暴露疗法相比,创面渗出少,一周创面愈合率高,且疤痕及色素沉着形成例数明显减少。结论:亲水性银离子敷料(爱康肤银)联合重组人表皮生长因子生理盐水溶液湿润暴露疗法疗效优于美宝(MERO)暴露疗法。
Objective: To observe the treatment of shallow second degree face and neck burns with hydrophilic silver ion dressing (Ai Kang Gui Yin) combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor physiological saline solution. Methods: The wounds healed on their own. However, the combination of hydrophilic silver ion dressing (Aikangfuyin) and recombinant human epidermal growth factor physiological saline solution compared with MERO exposed therapy showed less exudation of the wound and a week of wound healing The rate is high, and the number of scars and pigmentation is significantly reduced. Conclusion: Hydrophilic silver ion dressing (Aikang Guiyin) combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor physiological saline solution is superior to MERO exposure therapy in moisturizing exposure therapy.
