提起斯密脱博士,人们很自然地想到小体积高密度网箱养鱼,似乎他的名字成了这项技术的代名词。这位美国一流的水产技术推广专家,美国大豆协会北京办事处水产技术主任,自1991年来到中国传授这项高产、高效技术,足迹遍布十几个省、市、区,北到黑龙江的兴凯湖,南到海南岛,西到乌鲁木齐,东到东部沿海。不久前,我在国贸大厦——美国大豆协会北京办事处采访了他。两个多小时的采访,很快就在愉快、融洽中渡过。尽管斯密脱博士再三表示,不要写他本人,可我一下笔,还是情不自禁地写到他。
