2001年教育部要求全国小学逐步开设英语课程,我市各区县根据成都市教育局的要求和各地的实际情况,制定实施规划,培训教师,添置教学设备,开展教学研究,使小学英语课程的开设工作得以顺利进行。但是,鉴于各区县经济和教育基础存在较大的差异,可能会造成小学英语课程开设情况不平衡。为了及时掌握我市小学英语课程的开设情况,了解我市小学英语的教学和学生的学习状况,由市教育局组织进行了全市小学四年级(从小学一年级开设英语,使用北师大版教材)
