施工项目是施工企业在生产的产品,产生效益的源头。对它的管理,乃是施工企业管理的重中之重。施工企业要实现两个根本性转变,从管理的角度讲,首要的就是要抓好对项目的集约化管理。这既是施工企业实现两个转变的突破口,也是挖潜提效的必由之路。那么,如何才能实行项目的集约化管理呢?我认为,应着重解决好以下三个问题:
The construction project is the source of the benefits for the products produced by the construction companies. The management of it is the top priority of construction enterprise management. In order to achieve two fundamental changes in construction companies, from a management point of view, the first priority is to do a good job of intensive management of the project. This is not only a breakthrough for construction companies to achieve two transformations, but also the only way to tap potential and improve efficiency.
