2010年12月6日至7日,中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理李克强在省委书记、省人大常委会主任赵洪祝和省委副书记、省长吕祖善的陪同下,在浙江省宁波市重点考察了保障性住房建设工作,并出席了“十二五”规划纲要(草案)编制工作座谈会。他强调,要认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,大力推进公共租赁房等保障性住房建设,进一步完善住房体制机制和政策体系,努力使群众住有所居、安居乐业。
