采用旋转流变仪研究了PET/PPBBA阻燃复合材料的流变行为。流变曲线结果分析表明:PET/PPBBA复合材料为假塑性流体,呈现出切力变稀的现象;阻燃剂PPBBA的加入增大了PET/PPBBA复合材料的储能模量和损耗模量;用Han方法看出复合材料没有发生相分离。时间扫描发现,复合材料的储能模量随着时间的增加而增大。
Rheological behavior of PET / PPBBA flame retardant composites was investigated by rotary rheometer. The results of the rheological curves show that the PET / PPBBA composites are pseudoplastic fluid, showing the phenomenon of shear thinning; the addition of flame retardant PPBBA increases the storage modulus and loss modulus of PET / PPBBA composites; The Han method shows that no phase separation occurs in the composite material. Time scanning revealed that the storage modulus of the composites increased with time.
