简述了国外专利信息的特点，介绍了主要联机检索系统中11个专利数据库及国外专利光盘数据库概况，为进一步促进专利科技成果转化为生产力服务。
The characteristics of foreign patent information are briefly introduced. The profiles of 11 patent databases and foreign patent CD databases in the main online search system are introduced. This will further promote the transformation of patent technology achievements into productivity services.
