用添加光合细菌的饲料喂养草鱼,能够显著加快草鱼的生长发育,降低饵料系数,42d内相对生长率可提高61.7%。同时在第42d测定草鱼肝脏和血清中免疫相关酶的活力。结果表明:用添加光合细菌的饲料喂养草鱼,添加水平在0.0%~2.5%范围时,草鱼肝脏及血清中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着添加水平的增加而上升。当光合细菌添加水平为3.5%时,免疫相关酶活性均出现下降趋势。光合细菌适宜添加水平为2.5%。
Grass carp feeding with the addition of photosynthetic bacteria could significantly accelerate the growth and development of grass carp and reduce the feed conversion coefficient, and the relative growth rate within 42d could be increased by 61.7%. On the 42nd day, the activity of immune-related enzymes in the liver and serum of grass carp was measured. The results showed that the activities of alkaline phosphatase (AKP), acid phosphatase (ACP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver and serum of grass carp increased with the addition of photosynthetic bacteria at the level of 0.0% ~ 2.5% SOD activity increased with the increase of the added level. When the added level of photosynthetic bacteria was 3.5%, the immune-related enzyme activities showed a downward trend. Photosynthetic bacteria suitable to add the level of 2.5%.
