195-1柴油机燃烧室較长时間的改进試驗工作表明,在原来圆筒形预燃室基础上,只經局部結构的变动,很难得到令人满意的結果。为此,我们提出了一种新型斜孔式预燃室的結构方案。該预燃室的主要設計思想在于,活塞压縮冲程后期,能够在预燃室中造成强烈而有組織的空气运动,减少油束射线与气流的对冲,增加油束貫穿距离,从而使預燃室中不致出现过度的混合油量,并为接之而来的燃油主部的加速喷出和在主燃室中完善的燃烧准備条件。 試驗表明,这种預燃室得到了所预期的效果。
