有人曾这样强调执行力的重要性:“一流的策划、三流的执行力,不如一流的执行力、三流的策划。”美国著名企业ABB原董事长巴尼维克更有一个观点:“一个企业的成功,5%在战略,95%在执行。”在日趋激烈的市场竞争和飞速发展的经济环境下,执行力已经成为一个企业正常运营、持续发展的重要因素。一流的企业必须具备一流的执行力,如果执行力缺失,往往会使企业战略目标和发展规划成为一纸空文。虽然投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,却难以实现预期目标,甚至会降低企业的运营效率,直接影响企业的生存与发展。
