介绍挖掘机在长江Ⅲ级阶地强中风化泥质粉砂岩施工中挖掘冲击力大、铲齿进齿深度小、工期长、铲齿磨损损耗快等问题。根据实际地质情况,针对铲齿的工作强度、易磨损及工期等特点,对挖掘机的铲齿进行改进,在铲齿外层套上铲齿保护装置:铲齿板和铲齿套。即可有效的保护铲齿不被磨损,且铲齿保护装置的成本比铲齿成本低很多。通过对铲齿的改进后使工程施工中更加经济合理、缩短工期、成本降低,对于类似的地质情况施工具有借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the problems of excavation excavation such as large excavation impact force, small depth of tooth scraping teeth, long construction period and fast wear and tear of the tooth scraper during the construction of the strongly weathered muddy siltstone in the Grade Ⅲ terraces of the Yangtze River. According to the actual geological conditions, according to the working strength of the spatula, easy to wear and duration and so on, the shovel of the excavator is improved. The spatula protection device is set on the outer part of the spatula: the spatula plate and the spade sleeve. Can effectively protect the shovel teeth from being worn, and the cost of the shovel gear protection device is much lower than that of the shovel tooth. Through the improvement of the shovel to make the construction more economical and reasonable, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost, for reference to the construction of similar geological conditions.
