晚期肾肿瘤约在就诊后半年死亡达80％。Skinner等报道在肾癌确诊时有25％～30％已发生转移。Lang等1971年首次应用肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾癌以来，该术已逐渐用于临床。我院经肾动脉药物灌注同时应用NT－CRE（海螺状或螺旋球形记忆血管栓塞器）栓塞6例。取得了较好的临床效果。1资
