为解决在传统设计中采用物理样机计算圆环链疲劳寿命时耗资巨大的问题.利用有限元和相对类似损伤理论的方法对矿用高强度圆环链进行寿命预测.得到了圆环链的等效交变应力、寿命云图和基于相对类似损伤理论的寿命预测数学模型.结果表明:通过有限元法计算圆环链的疲劳寿命具有一定可行性;相对类似损伤理论对于圆环链的寿命预测具有很好的适用性;并且这两种寿命预测方法可以降低制造物理样机和进行耐久性试验所带来的巨额研发费用.
In order to solve the problem of huge cost when calculating the fatigue life of the circular chain in the traditional design by using the physical prototype, the life prediction of the high strength circular chain is carried out by using the finite element method and the relative similar damage theory. The results show that it is feasible to calculate the fatigue life of the circular chain by using the finite element method. Relatively similar damage theory can predict the life of the circular chain Good applicability; and these two life prediction methods can reduce the huge R & D cost of manufacturing physical prototypes and performing durability tests.
