近年来,在我国教育事业发展的过程中,人们对孩子的学前教育十分的重视,这不仅有利于孩子的生心发展,还给我国新型教育模式的创新提供了前提条件。但是,从当前我国教育事业发展的实际情况来看,我们在学前教育领域中存在着许多的不公平现象,这就导致学前教育发展得极为不平衡,因此我国在对学前教育的问题上,都制定了相关的法律制度,来坚持学前教育的公平原则。本文通过对当前我国学前教育的现状进行简要的介绍,讨论了学前教育公平理念对学前教育立法的相关要求和路径思考,以供相关人士参考。
In recent years, people attach great importance to pre-school children’s education in the development of China’s education. This not only benefits the development of children’s livelihood, but also provides the preconditions for the innovation of our country’s new education model. However, judging from the current situation of education in our country, there are many unfair phenomena in the field of pre-school education, which leads to the extremely unbalanced development of preschool education. Therefore, in our country’s problems with preschool education, The relevant legal system has been formulated to uphold the principle of fairness in preschool education. This paper introduces the present situation of pre-primary education in our country briefly, and discusses the related requirements and ways of preschool education legislation on the concept of fairness of pre-primary education for the reference of relevant persons.
