随着市场竞争的愈加激烈,有的企业组合成有机的复合体.即母公司、子公司、孙公司,兄弟、姐妹公司等,来形成“拳头”,对抗其他企业,求得生存和发展。这种组织形式内的企业通常被称为“关联企业”。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, some enterprises form an organic complex, that is, parent companies, subsidiaries, grandchildren, brothers and sister companies, etc., to form “fists” to fight against other enterprises and seek survival and development.
