在向市场经济体制转变过程中,由于劳动关系的产业化,引发出一系列新的变化,这些变化给工会自身的改革和建设提出了新的更高的要求。如何实现工会群众化、民主化,高效有为,使工会真正成为劳动者的组织,承担起劳动者代表这一神圣的社会责任,工会干部真正担当起工人阶级利益代言人的角色。要实现这一目标,各级工会组织必须加强自身改革和建设,加大工会干部的学习培训力度,建设学习型组织,努力打造一支高素质的工会干部队伍。
In the process of transforming the market economy, a series of new changes have taken place due to the industrialization of labor relations. These changes have set new and higher requirements for the reform and construction of trade unions themselves. How to realize the democratization, democratization and efficiency of trade unions so that trade unions can truly become organizations of laborers and take on the sacred social responsibility of laborer representation? The trade union cadres really take on the role of the spokesman for the working class interests. To achieve this goal, the trade union organizations at all levels must step up their reform and construction, increase the learning and training of trade union cadres, build learning organizations and strive to create a high-quality cadre of trade unions.
