目的:为了寻求简便快速鉴别决明子不同提取物的方法,并结合药效学实验结果,识别决明子降脂有效部位的光谱特征。方法:采用分辨率高、重现性好、简便快捷的FTIR光谱法,研究了决明子6种不同极性提取溶剂所得提取物的FTIR光谱特征,并结合药效学实验结果做了分析。结果:决明子6种溶剂提取物的红外光谱图有明显的区别。吸收峰高低有显著变化的是3 008.0cm-1,1 745.9cm-1和1 653.7cm-1的吸收峰。结论:决明子的乙酸乙酯提取物是降脂的有效部位之一。
OBJECTIVE: To find a simple and rapid method for the identification of different extracts of cassia seed, and to combine with the results of pharmacodynamics experiments, identify the spectral characteristics of effective fractions of cassia lipids. Methods: FTIR spectroscopy was used to study the FTIR spectra of six extracts from Cassia Sepharose with different resolution and high resolution, good reproducibility and quickness. The results were compared with the results of pharmacodynamics experiments. Results: Cassia 6 kinds of solvent extracts of infrared spectroscopy there is a clear distinction. Significant changes in the absorption peak height is 3 008.0cm-1, 745.9cm-1 and 1 653.7cm-1 absorption peak. Conclusion: The extract of cassia seed is one of the effective sites for lipid lowering.
